Processing time:

Preparation and shipping times vary per order.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please be aware that possible delays due to customs may occur which are out of my control.

Return & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery

I do not accept cancellations on personalized orders once project has started, however, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

· Custom or personalized orders

· Items on sale

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
